Audrey Strein
President, Roofing Dynamics Group
As a trained thermographer, Audrey thoroughly evaluates commercial roofs in both the private and public sector to identify problem areas and determine ways to extend its life. Audrey provides unbiased recommendations, design specifications, and budgets so clients direct repair efforts to only areas that need it.
Responsible for the management and monitoring of all commercial roofing projects, Audrey ensures each job is completed in a timely manner and all codes and specifications are followed, as well as coordinates with inspectors, regulatory agencies, and all parties associated with assigned projects. Additionally, Audrey monitors the installation process and provides clients with formal field reports coupled with progress photos for each site visit.
As a graduate of Cindott, Audrey has intensive training in the proper use and application of all types of roofing products, methods, and systems. Her certifications include Building Envelope Certification from the BESI and Cindott Roof Technology and Maintenance Inspection Certification. Moreover, Audrey maintains yearly Continuing Education credits from the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), formally RCI.
Brian Land
Vice President, Roofing Dynamics Group
As a certified roof consultant with over four decades of experience, Brian prides himself on solving complex problems and providing unbiased facts along with cost-effective solutions for compromised commercial roofing conditions. He performs forensic evaluations to include infrared surveys, leak analysis, deck inspections, design specifications, and much more.
Along with his extensive knowledge of all types of roofing systems and wide-ranging experience with leak-related issues, having attended Villanova Law School, Brian will supply objective expertise when you need an independent opinion for legal issues and claims assistance.
In addition, Brian is a graduate of the Infraspection Institute, the Roofing Industry Educational Institute (RIEI), and the Delaware Valley Safety Council. His certifications include: Infraspection Institute Certified Thermographer, NRCA Solar Panel Pre-Installation Certification, and NRCA Solar Panel Installation Certification. Moreover, Brian maintains yearly Continuing Education credits from the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), formally RCI.
